Company History
In 2004, a group of Principal Consultants from Oracle's Argentina team founded Cima Solutions to develop and integrate software applications for a range of high-profile clients.Since 2007, Cima has located its infrastructure and development operations in San Juan, Argentina. Cima high-level consulting and business operations are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Today, Cima employs a team of highly competent professionals with skills ranging from architecture and infrastructure to development, training, and system administration.

Rodolfo Ruiz, Service Delivery Manager
Rodolfo is an architect and developer highly experienced with Service-Oriented Architecture. Before co-founding Cima, he served in several roles at Oracle Argenta for over 8 years. Rodolfo holds a degree in Systems Analysis Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
Julio Lorenzo, Research & Technology Manager
Julio is a software architect, developer, deigner, and trainer. A respected voice on Java and Oracle integration, he has delivered a number of courses and seminars. He has contributed code to open-source projects such as XFree86 and J2EE Patterns. Julio studied Systems Engineering at the National University of the Center of Buenos Aires Province (UNICEN).
Gabriel Forradellas, Development & Resource Manager
Gabriel is a senior J2EE architect with over 10 years of experience consulting on J2EE projects. A regional authority on J2EE and open source technologies, Gabriel lends a technical eye to standards coordination, technical monitoring, and knowledge transfer. He studied Systems Engineering at UNICEN.
Sebastián Costa, Financial & Planning Manager
Sebastian is a skilled project manager who has led teams on a broad range of projects. A veteran of the financial sector, his areas of expertise include risk analysis processes, business process re-engineering, gap analysis and milestone/deliverable control. He holds a Systems Analysis Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Belgrano.

Mariano Roig, Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager,

Mariano has several years of experience as an infrastructure specialist, working serveral years with Operative Systems and Middleware in big clients. He became Cima's Infrastructure SDM in 2009. He studied System Analysis in CAECE and holds a Red Hat Professional Certificacion. He is currently studying Bussines Management at UCES
Daniel Peñaloza Egas, Software Chief Architect
Daniel brings more than 10 years of experience as Development Technical Leader and as Software Architect. He is a specialist in JEE and Microsoft technologies, and also on development methodologies.
He holds a Computer Sciences Degree from Buenos Aires University (UBA).
Damián Acevedo, SOA Chief Architect
Damián brings 8 years of development, integration, and architecture experience to Cima. He became Cima SOA Chief Architect in 2007. A specialist with Java and Oracle products, Damián studied Systems Engineering at the National Technology University (UTN).
Leonardo Le Bihan, Infrastructure Specialist
Leonardo has been a prolific developer and trainer for more than 10 years. After working with clients from a range of industries and locales across Latin America, he joined Cima in 2007. Leonardo holds a Computer Systems Analyst degree from the IES Siglo 21 University College.
Alberto Romano, Project Management Officer
Alberto has more than 10 years of experience in Software Development Projects, having huge experience in the Banking industry. He became in charge of Cima's PMO in 2010. He holds a Systems Analysis Engineering Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
